Arrival
We ask that you arrive to our Marlow beauty salon 10 minutes prior to your first appointment in order to register and complete the consultation form. Please be aware that if you arrive late for appointments, the time of your treatment may have to be shortened in consideration of the next client.

A full charge will incur for same day cancellations or no shows.

Health Conditions
Please advise us of any health conditions & any medication you are taking. Please advise your therapist if you are pregnant as some of our other products contain essential oils.
